What a Houston Wedding Actually Rents
Wedding rentals feel endless until you see how few questions a wedding really asks. What guests sit on, what the tables wear and what sits in the middle of them. Then what you stand under, what is behind you in photos, and what happens during the first dance. Here are those six in the order they happen, with the real rate attached.
01 · The ceremony
Ceremony decor
The three floral arches are $250 each, whatever the shape. The eight foot white rose and baby breath arch frames two people without crowding them. The floral square is a square frame instead of a curve, packed solid with white roses. The white aisle runner is $100 and rolls out over grass or a hard floor.

02 · The tables
Linens and table decor
Linens for All Tables is $300 for up to 20 tables, in any tablecloth color we stock. Chargers and napkins are $1.50 each, so $300 gives a hundred guests a finished place setting. Full Table Decor at $250 does one whole table as a styled set.

03 · The centerpieces
Centerpieces
Almost everything is $35 a table, tall or low. Gold trumpet vases, candelabras, the white cherry blossom, the greenery ball. Ten tables is $350 whichever piece you pick, so choose on ceiling height and sightlines.

04 · The backdrop
Draping and backdrops
A flower wall is $250 flat in blush and white, all white, or red, and it moves. Use it behind the ceremony, then behind the cake. Plain drape is $15 per running foot, which is the better tool for hiding something long.

05 · The first dance
Dance floors and stages
The 16 by 20 LED floor is $1,700 for 320 square feet of lit panels. The custom vinyl wrap with your monogram is $1,200. The cloud and cold spark package is $750 and is priced for three dances, so the first dance, the parent dances and the send off. Confirm cold sparks and low fog with your venue before you book.

Luxury transportation
The Rolls Royce is $900 for five hours, which on most Houston timelines covers the ceremony, the photo window and the exit. It goes on the same order as everything else, so it is not a second contract in the last week.

You should not have to fill out a form just to learn what a flower wall costs. Each piece below rents on its own at the rate in our catalog, with nothing bundled, so you can add up a wedding line by line. Two items, the clear Chiavari chair and the champagne flutes, are priced on request. All 70 items, wedding or not, are on the Houston rental price list.
A 100 Guest Wedding Order, Priced Line by Line
Most couples cannot tell how big their rental bill will be until a quote finally lands. You can work it out here, because every line is a published rate times a count. Take a 100 guest reception at ten tables of ten.

The biggest swing is the dance floor. Add the 16 by 20 LED floor at $1,700 and the same wedding comes to $4,800. If that is more than you planned, the custom vinyl decal at $1,200 changes the room almost as much for $500 less. If your venue already supplies chairs, take the $1,500 of chairs off and the order is $1,600, still over the minimum.
Not in this math: the trip fee, which is based on your venue's location and the cost of fuel, any setup fee, and flutes for the champagne wall, which rent by count. Swap any line for another piece from the centerpiece rental or event furniture rental pages and redo the multiplication.

You probably want to know the catch before you spend an evening building a list. Here are the rules, and they apply to every order the same way.
- $1,500 minimum order. Everything is a la carte, so you reach it with the pieces you want. There are no packages.
- Trip fee. It is based on where your venue is and the cost of fuel, so we quote it with your order.
- Linens over 20 tables. Linens for All Tables is $300 for up to 20 tables. A bigger room costs more, and we quote it with your order.
- Insurance. We carry commercial liability with a $2,000,000 aggregate. If your venue needs a certificate naming it as additional insured, we issue one on request before load in.
- Hours. We are open daily from 7 AM to 11 PM at (713) 653-3135.
If all you need is one arch and an aisle runner, we are probably not your best call. That list comes to $350, and orders start at $1,500. If your venue already supplies chairs and linens, start your list with the centerpieces and the backdrop instead.
Event Decorators in Houston
You can rent every piece for your wedding and still be left with a stack of boxes and nobody to put them up. That is the job of an event decorator: turning the arch, linens, centerpieces and drape into a finished room before the first guest walks in.
