White Drape
Priced by the running foot, so measure the wall before you call.
$15per foot
Draping is the only category here priced two different ways, and the difference matters before you call.
Fabric is $15 per running foot in white or ivory, so a twenty foot wall is a number you can work out yourself. Finished pieces are flat rates: the flower walls are $250, the lit wave panel is $500, the curved white backdrop is $800.
Then there is the installed work. Ceiling drapes at $1,200 and tunnel draping between $950 and $1,200 are not dropped off, they are built on site, and the tunnel range depends entirely on how long the corridor is. Both of those need a walkthrough before anyone can give you a real number. Most rooms pair this page with the ceremony decor rental or the LED dance floor rental.

Event Setup CrewsFlower Wall and Backdrop Rental in Houston
Flower walls rent at a flat $250 in blush and white, all white, or red, with no per foot charge on top.
Copacabana Event Rentals publishes the flat rate and the per foot rate side by side on the Houston rental price list. It is the most photographed backdrop in this catalog for a plain reason: it works for a ceremony, then gets moved behind the cake or the bar and works again. A drape wall at $15 per foot can end up costing more than the flower wall once you have covered the same span, which surprises people. Use the drape where you need to hide something long and ugly, and the flower wall where people are going to stand.
Draping Rental FAQ, Houston
A flower wall is $250 flat, in blush and white, all white, or red. There is no per foot charge on a flower wall, unlike the drape, which is $15 per running foot.
Plain white and ivory drape is $15 per running foot, so measure the wall first. Finished pieces are flat: the wave panel is $500, the white backdrop is $800, the draped mirror is $500 and the draped front entrance is $350.
Because the corridor length changes the material and the labour. It runs $950 to $1,200 and gets set after a walkthrough. Ceiling drapes are $1,200 and are installed rather than delivered, for the same reason.
