What a Quinceanera Actually Rents
You have a hall, a dress and a date, and now you need the room to match. Most of a quinceanera comes down to four decisions, and they are easier taken in order rather than all at once. What the tables wear, where the court sits, what is behind the photographs, and what happens when the music starts.
Nothing below is a package. You can take the table linen rental and leave the rest, or take a backdrop and nothing else. The Houston rental price list has every rate on one page if you would rather see the whole catalog at once.

Fuchsia and tiffany blue are the two colors asked for most for a quince, and both sit inside the same $300 linen package as plain white. Chargers and napkins are $1.50 each, so a hundred guests is $300 in place settings.

The gold and white loveseat is $100 and seats the guest of honour at the head table. Guest chairs are the gold and white designer chair at $15 each. The gold cake table is $150, round and mirror topped with a crystal beaded edge.

The backdrop
Flower wall rental
The balloon garland and backdrop is $800 and gets built on site. Six mirrored balloon orbs are $400. A flower wall is $250 flat in blush and white, all white, or red, and it moves from the entrance to behind the cake once people have photographed it.

LED dance floor rental
The 16 by 20 LED floor is $1,700 and covers 320 square feet. The custom vinyl wrap is $1,200 and puts a name and date under everyone's feet. The photo booth is $350 and needs a corner most rooms are already wasting.

You want a number tonight, not after three phone calls. So here is the arithmetic on a hundred guests across ten tables, using the rates published on this site. None of it is an estimate.
A hundred chargers at $1.50 is $150, and a hundred napkins is another $150. Ten centerpieces at $35 a table is $350. That is $650 for finished tables. The $300 linen package covers up to 20 tables, so all ten in fuchsia or tiffany blue take you to $950.
The big pieces are where it moves. A flower wall at $250 takes it to $1,200. A balloon garland and backdrop at $800 instead takes it to $1,750. The 16 by 20 LED dance floor at $1,700 costs more than everything above it put together, which is why it is the last decision rather than the first.
Every figure above is a published per item rate, not a quote. Delivery, setup and teardown are priced per venue and are not included in those totals.

Quinceanera Colors That Photograph Well
You have probably already picked a color, and the only real question is whether it will survive the photographs. Every tablecloth here is the same $300 package price, so this is a styling choice and never a budget one.
Fuchsia is the loudest option in stock and the one asked for most for a quince. Tiffany blue is bright enough to carry a room with nothing else in it. Both sit well against the gold hardware that runs through the centerpiece rental range, and neither costs a dollar more than plain white.
Black is the one to consider if the centerpieces are doing the work, because it disappears under low light and lets everything on top of it read properly.

If you have pictured a throne chair for the crowning, we do not stock one, and you should rent that piece from somebody who does. The closest thing here is the gold and white loveseat at $100, which seats two at the head table rather than one in the middle of the floor. That is a different look and it is worth knowing before you call.
We also do not carry tents, or the plain banquet tables and folding chairs that guests eat at. If your hall does not already own those, that is a separate rental company, and most Houston halls do own them. What we rent is what sits on top of the tables and what goes behind the photographs.

The LED dance floor is the one to call about early, because there is a single floor and peak Saturdays go first. The custom vinyl wrap needs longer still, since your name and date are printed to fit the floor. Everything else moves faster.
Not on its own. Orders start at $1,500, and the balloon garland and backdrop is $800. Nothing is bundled, so you fill the rest with whatever the party needs. Add six mirrored balloon orbs at $400 and the photo booth at $350 and you are at $1,550.
