You have booked a room and now it looks like a room. Most party rental shops answer that with a tent and a stack of folding chairs. We answer the other half of it, which is everything that makes a plain hall look like somebody planned it.
That splits two ways. There is what every guest sits at, which is the table linen rental and the centerpiece rental, and it is cheaper than most people expect. Then there is the one piece the night gets photographed against.
Nothing is bundled. Orders start at $1,500, and you choose every piece that makes up that total, starting with any of the four below.

Birthday Party Rentals in Houston
A milestone birthday is the one people under budget, because it is not a wedding and it feels like it should cost less. It can, but only if you spend it on the two or three things guests stand in front of rather than spreading it thin across the room.
The champagne wall at $150 does more for an arrival than anything else in this catalog. The $150 gold cake table is round and mirror topped with a crystal beaded edge, which matters because the cake gets photographed from four feet away. A flower wall rental at $250 works at the door and then moves behind the cake once people have used it.
Everything else is optional in a way it is not at a wedding. Skip the arch, skip the aisle, put the money into the floor or the booth.

You should be able to price this yourself before anybody calls you back. Here is the arithmetic on a hundred guests across ten tables, worked from the rates published on this site.
A hundred chargers at $1.50 is $150, and a hundred napkins is another $150. Ten centerpieces at $35 a table is $350. So $650 puts a finished place setting at every seat and something in the middle of every table.
Then pick one thing to photograph. The champagne wall takes it to $800, the photo booth to $1,000, six balloon orbs to $1,050. The LED dance floor at $1,700 takes it to $2,350 on its own, which is why it is worth deciding last rather than first.
Every number above is a published per item rate rather than a quote. Delivery, setup and teardown are priced per venue and are not in those totals.

If you came here for a tent, we do not have one and you should keep looking. Same for the plain banquet tables and folding chairs that a hundred guests actually eat at. Ours are display pieces, meaning the cake table, the sweetheart table and the serpentine, and they are built to be looked at rather than seated around.
That is a real limitation and it is worth two minutes of your time now rather than a wasted phone call later. If your venue does not already own tables and chairs, book those with a company that specialises in them, then come back for the part that goes on top.
What Copacabana Event Rentals does own outright is the LED dance floor rental, the champagne wall and tower, the photo booth, the balloon work and the monogram wrap. None of it is brokered from a third party, which is why the rates are what they are.
