You do not have to plan this in order, but most people find one end easier than the other. Start with what every guest sits at, because it sets the palette everything else has to live with. That is the table linen rental and the centerpiece rental, and together they are usually the cheapest part of the night.
Settle the big pieces after that, once you know what is left. A LED dance floor rental is the largest single line item here, and it is the one that books out first on a peak Saturday. Every rate is on the Houston rental price list if you would rather see the whole catalog as one column of numbers.
