Gold Beaded Clear Acrylic Charger
Clear acrylic with a gold bead rim. Reads warm under candlelight.
$1.50each
A bare banquet table is the cheapest problem at any event and the most visible. Ten of them in a row will undo a room that is otherwise done well, and fixing it costs less than almost anything else on this site.
Chargers and napkins are $1.50 a piece. On ten tables of ten guests that is $150 of chargers and $150 of napkins, so $300 to give every seat a finished place setting. The linen package is $300 for up to 20 tables and covers any of the seven colors in stock: white, black, navy, hunter green, fuchsia, red and tiffany blue, floor length on a round.
Full Table Decor at $250 goes a step further. That is linen, chargers, napkins and the centerpiece for one table, styled as a set rather than assembled from parts.

Rates are per item, taken from the 2026 Copacabana rental catalog. Delivery, setup and teardown are quoted separately.
A day of event coordinator starts at $1,500 and full event coordination at $3,500, priced on what your event needs.
Event CoordinationBook our crew on its own at $125 an hour for two people or $175 for three, with a 4 hour minimum plus trip and setup fees. We are insured and can send your venue a certificate.
Event Setup CrewsYou are standing in a room with ten bare banquet tables and no real idea what dressing them costs. Linen rental is three layers, and you can buy them one at a time. The cloth goes over the table, the charger sits under each plate, and the napkin goes on top.
The linen package is $300 for up to 20 tables, in any of the seven colors in stock. Chargers and napkins are $1.50 each, so a table of ten guests adds $30 in place settings. Full Table Decor at $250 is those same three layers plus the centerpiece rental for that table, styled as one set instead of assembled from parts.
Your table count is the number that matters here. The $300 package is based on 20 tables, so a room of ten tables or twenty pays the same $300. A larger room costs more, and we put that figure in your quote once we know how many tables you are dressing.
You already have a palette in your head, and what you need to know is which parts of it you can actually have. Every color below sits inside the same $300 linen package, so this is a styling decision and not a budget one. Choosing fuchsia over white costs nothing extra.
Black is the safest base when the centerpieces are doing the work, because it disappears under candlelight and lets gold read as gold. Tiffany blue is bright enough to carry a room with nothing else in it, which is why it turns up at quinceaneras more than weddings. Navy is the one that pairs with the gold hardware running through the rest of this catalog. Hunter green is a true deep green rather than a sage, and it sits properly against the greenery on the ceremony decor rental page.
Every guest is going to look at one square foot of table for four hours, and the charger is most of it. A charger is the decorative plate the real plate sits on, and it does the one thing a tablecloth cannot, which is give each seat its own frame. All four chargers and both napkins are $1.50 each.
The gold beaded charger is clear acrylic with a bead rim and reads warm under candlelight. The silver beaded is the same plate for a cooler palette. The coral reef charger is scalloped and textured rather than flat, so it holds its presence on a table with nothing else on it. White satin napkins hold a fold and suit a seated dinner. Lilac cheesecloth is a loose gauze weave, meant to be draped instead.
If you only do one thing to a plain room, do this one. Two hundred pieces across ten tables of ten guests is $300, and it changes every photograph taken at eye level. Send us your guest count and we will put that number in writing.
You want a number before you call, not after. So here is the arithmetic on a ten table room of one hundred guests, worked from the rates published further up this page. None of it is an estimate.
One hundred chargers at $1.50 is $150. One hundred napkins at $1.50 is $150. That is $300 in place settings. Add the $300 linen package, which covers up to 20 tables, and you are at $600 for the tables themselves, before anything goes in the middle of them. Ten centerpieces at $35 would take the room to $950.
Delivery, setup and teardown are quoted on their own, because a downtown ballroom and a ranch out past Katy are genuinely different days of work. Every rate on this site sits on the Houston rental price list if you want to build the rest of the room the same way.
Sometimes the honest answer is that you should keep the money. If your venue already supplies floor length cloths in a color you can live with, linens are the wrong line item for you. Put it into the centerpieces or a flower wall rental instead, because those are the pieces guests actually photograph.
Rent the linens when the venue cloths are short, stained, or a color that fights everything else in the room. A cloth that stops above the chair legs shows up in every wide shot of the night, and no centerpiece fixes it.
We are Copacabana Event Rentals, and we would rather you rent six things you need than sixty you do not. Tell us your date, your venue and your guest count, and we will tell you which half of this page you can skip.
The linen package is $300 for up to 20 tables and includes any of the seven polyester colors. Chargers and napkins are $1.50 each. Full Table Decor, which is the linen, chargers, napkins and centerpiece styled together, is $250 per table. A room with more than 20 tables costs more for linens, and we quote that with your order.
White, black, navy, hunter green, fuchsia, red and tiffany blue, all floor length polyester for round banquet tables. There is no price difference between colors.
Both are $1.50. The gold beaded charger is clear acrylic with a bead rim and reads warm under candlelight. The coral reef charger is scalloped and textured rather than flat, so it holds more presence on a table that has no other decor on it.
