Labor Only Crews and Event Coordination Prices
Already have your decor? You can book our crew on its own. Coordination is priced on what your event needs, starting at $1,500 for a day of event coordinator and $3,500 for full event coordination. Crew bookings have a 4 hour minimum, so the smallest booking is $500 for a two person team or $700 for three. A trip fee and a setup fee come on top. The trip fee is based on where your venue is and the cost of fuel, and the setup fee is quoted per event. Send the date, the venue and what needs to go up.

You are trying to build a budget, and every number above is a real per item rate rather than a quote. We copied each one from the 2026 Copacabana rental catalog. Read down the column, add up the pieces you want, and you have your number before you call anyone. Orders start at $1,500.

Three things this page does not price. Delivery, setup and teardown we quote on their own, because a downtown hotel ballroom and a ranch past Katy are different days of work. Ceiling drapes and tunnel draping we install rather than drop off, so both get a walkthrough first. That walkthrough is why tunnel draping shows a range.
Start with the table linen rental if the room is plain, or the LED dance floor rental if the budget is already spoken for.
