How Booking a Labor Only Crew Works
You tell us the date, the venue and what needs to be set up. A list of the pieces and a rough floor plan help, but a description works too.
From that we quote a two person or three person team and the full price. The quote includes the hourly rate, a trip fee based on where your event is and the cost of fuel, and a setup fee for your event.
On the day, the crew sets up your room before the event and tears it down after it ends. If the building needs insurance paperwork, we send it before load in.

That makes the smallest booking $500 for two people, which is $125 times four hours. A three person crew starts at $700, which is $175 times four. A job that takes six hours with two people comes to $750, and the same six hours with three comes to $1,050.

The right size depends on how much there is to move and how long the venue gives you to move it. Plenty of setups fit a two person team comfortably.
A third person earns the extra $50 an hour when the load is heavy or the clock is short. Lots of furniture, draping that needs a ladder and a spotter, or a venue that opens the room only shortly before guests arrive all point to three. More hands can mean fewer hours, which is worth weighing against the higher rate.

Our crews can. We carry commercial liability insurance with a $2,000,000 aggregate limit. On request, we issue a certificate of insurance naming your venue operator or property manager as additional insured, and we send it before load in.
