1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Copacabana Event Rentals website and the event rental, coordination and setup services we provide. By using our website, requesting a quote, booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

Copacabana Event Rentals provides event and wedding rentals in Houston, Texas and surrounding areas. Services may include:

  • Furniture, linen, centerpiece, ceremony, draping, backdrop, bar, photo, dance floor and stage rentals
  • Luxury transportation
  • Day of event coordination and full event coordination
  • Labor only setup crews

3. Quotes and Pricing

Item rates published on this website are per item. Any quote given by phone, text message, email, website or online form is an estimate for information only until your order is confirmed. Orders have a $1,500 minimum. Trip fees are based on the destination and fuel cost. Labor only crews have a 4 hour minimum. Setup fees, when they apply, are quoted with your order. We may adjust pricing if the event details turn out to be different from what was provided.

4. Scheduling

Orders are scheduled based on availability. To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at (713) 653-3135. We may need to reschedule a delivery or setup because of severe weather, unsafe conditions or other events outside our reasonable control.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate event details, including date, venue and guest count
  • Make sure we have legal and safe access to the venue for delivery, setup and pickup
  • Tell us about venue rules, loading dock times or insurance requirements in advance

6. SMS Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number and voluntarily opting in through our website, quote form or another approved method, you agree to receive text messages from Copacabana Event Rentals. Messages may include:

  • Quote follow ups
  • Order and delivery confirmations
  • Scheduling updates
  • Event reminders
  • Customer support messages
  • Promotional offers and discounts (only if you separately opt in to marketing messages)
  • Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.
  • Reply HELP for assistance.
  • Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book our services, request quotes or enroll in our SMS messaging program.

To the extent permitted by Texas law, Copacabana Event Rentals is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics and images, is owned by or licensed to Copacabana Event Rentals. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue is Harris County, Texas.
